Meiveda Ayurveda Beach Resort is a treatment-focused resort on the coast of central Kerala, where the Ayurveda programme is at the heart of every stay. Cochin International Airport is approximately 90 km away, a drive of about 2 to 2.5 hours; a return transfer from the airport can be arranged for an additional charge.

Accommodation

Two types of rooms are offered: Cottages and the more spacious Kerala Palace rooms, built in the regional style. Both can be booked for one or two guests. Air-conditioning is available as an optional supplement, which is worth considering for stays during the warmer months.

Ayurveda Treatments

An Ayurveda doctor sees each guest every day, checking progress and adjusting the therapies and diet as the cure develops. Treatments follow classical Kerala Ayurveda and are selected individually after the first consultation. Meals are prepared according to Ayurvedic principles, and herbal tea and herbal juices are served as part of the daily routine.
